General Information
Shipping Information and
General Terms.
We thought perhaps a quick tour of the shopping cart
might be of help to those not familiar with it, in addition to our shipping and
handling charges, and general terms. If you don't need this
information, simply
close this window and continue shopping by selecting your area(s) of interest
from the window beneath this one.
When you select a shopping category the
next page presented will contain all our items within that category.
Each item is listed with a picture, a description, and price(s).
Within the description area are listed all the available options for
that item, including breed, our pose number, size, various color
options, etc. Just make your choices from the pop-up menus, change
the quantity item if necessary, and click the Add to Shopping Cart
button.
The next page will be a list of what you
just ordered, including any other items that might already be in your cart. The
last item ordered will be at the top of the list. Note that at this point you can remove any item from the cart or change the quantity of an item already on the list. Simply press the appropriate button in the Quantity column. At the bottom of this page is a button that will take you back to the shopping category you just left so you can continue shopping, or you can check out.
The Check Out page will ask for the usual
customer information, with the exception of your credit card. From this page you can choose to pay on-line by using either your Discover, Visa or MasterCard or your personal check (sorry our software does not allow us to accept debit cards), which will then take you to our secure server, or you can process the order and call us with your payment information. If you choose to call in your credit card number - don't forget, because we can't start your custom order without your payment information. Either way the final screen will be a detailed receipt which you can print right from your browser. You will also receive the same receipt via e-mail within a few minutes of placing your order.

Shipping charges
include $.65 to cover the additional cost of Proof of Delivery. This
is now standard
on all Priority Mail shipments.
- For
standard ground
shipping to the US and Puerto Rico the above amounts will be added
automatically
to your order by the shopping cart.
- All
orders are shipped
prepaid. Credit cards are billed prior to manufacturing your items so that we are assured that the charges won't be declined.
- Checks
are deposited
immediately, and the order will not ship until the check clears.
- There is
a $30 charge
for returned checks. The total amount, including this fee, must be
settled before
the order ships.
- PAYMENT MUST BE IN
U.S. FUNDS. Credit cards will be converted.
- Shipping method is
U.S. Priority Mail for domestic mail. Express Mail is
available at an extra
charge. Call for amount.
- Note
that air shipment/Express
Mail charges have not yet been added to the automated receipt you
will receive on-line.
- FOREIGN
ORDERS ARE CHARGED THE AMOUNT THE UNITED STATES
POSTAL SERVICE CHARGES DOGGIE DIAMONDS FOR AIR MAIL SHIPPING.
- All fragile orders
are shipped insured. If your package arrives damaged, please notify
us immediately.
Insured packages will have an identifying sticker on them. Save all
shipping packages
and material for inspection, as orders shipped by mail must be inspected by a
postal clerk at your end for verification of damages, and a claim form
filed by you at that time.
BECAUSE OUR PRODUCTS ARE ALL CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, AND MOST
ARE HAND MADE AS WELL, PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR
STORE CREDIT ONLY - NO REFUNDS!
Any returned product MUST be in original undamaged resellable
condition
Clothing may have been tried on but definitely NOT washed.

EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS CAN BE PERSONALIZED FOR ONLY $0.50 PER LETTER FOR UP TO 12 LETTERS.
